Payment Policy
Belvedere Cleaning is committed to providing a smooth and transparent payment process. By booking our services, you agree to the following payment terms:
1. Payment Requirement
Full payment is required prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept multiple forms of payment for your convenience, including major debit/credit cards and approved digital payment methods.
3. Deposits (If Applicable)
For larger, specialized, or commercial services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
4. Pricing & Adjustments
All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was initially described, additional charges may apply. Any changes will be communicated before or during the service.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $75 cancellation fee
- Failure to provide access to the property (lockout) may result in a full or partial charge
6. No-Show & Same-Day Cancellations
Clients who fail to show up or cancel on the same day of service may be charged the full service amount.
7. Refund Policy
All payments are final once the service has been completed. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern. Refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By booking with Belvedere Cleaning, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees and refusal of future service.
9. Late Payments (If Approved Post-Service Billing Applies)
If post-service payment has been approved in writing and payment is not received on time, late fees may apply.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Belvedere Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if payment terms are not met.
