Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Belvedere Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon prior to service. Any work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing Adjustments

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, or scope differs from what was originally represented. Belvedere reserves the right to revise pricing on-site before or during service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger or commercial jobs, deposits may be required and are non-refundable once the job is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Adjustments

All pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was initially described, additional charges may apply. Any changes will be communicated before or during the service.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a $75 cancellation fee
- Failure to provide access to the property (lockout) may result in a full or partial charge

5. Access & Utilities

The client must provide access to the property and ensure running water, electricity, and a safe working environment. Belvedere is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or utilities.

6. Condition of Property & Additional Charges

If the property requires significantly more time or effort due to excessive dirt, buildup, or post-construction conditions not disclosed in advance, additional charges may apply or service may be rescheduled.

7. Satisfaction Policy

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Belvedere will make reasonable efforts to address issues reported within this timeframe. No refunds are guaranteed.

8. Liability Limitations

Belvedere Cleaning is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear Damage due to improper installation of items (e.g., loose fixtures, unsecured shelves) Damage to fragile, delicate, or high-value items not disclosed prior to service Normal deterioration of surfaces (e.g., aged flooring, worn materials)

9. Breakage & Damage Claims

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. Claims reported after this period may not be considered.

10. Hazardous Conditions

Belvedere reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in environments that are unsafe, hazardous, or pose a health risk (including biohazards, mold, pests, or excessive debris).

11. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and important belongings prior to service. Belvedere is not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured items.

12. Pets

Clients must ensure pets are secured and do not interfere with the cleaning process.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Belvedere Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or misrepresentation of the job.

14. Independent Contractor Status

Belvedere Cleaning operates as an independent contractor and is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, Belvedere Cleaning’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service provided.

16. Changes to Terms

Belvedere Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
